The 19th edition of the Mawazine World Rhythms Festival is scheduled to take place from June 21 to 29 in Rabat. As soon as the dates were announced by Maroc Cultures, music lovers and fans of this must-attend festival began suggesting artist names.

It’s official. The 19th edition of the Mawazine World Rhythms Festival will take place from June 21 to 29 in Rabat, as usual. After a four-year suspension due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event, considered one of Morocco’s largest music gatherings with a global reputation, is back.

As announced in February 2023, the Maroc Cultures association is pleased to announce to Mawazine’s audience that the festival will resume its activities in 2024 to meet the expectations of festival-goers eagerly awaiting the return of this unique and essential event, at the crossroads of all cultures.

Upon the announcement of the dates for the 2024 edition on Wednesday, February 14, on Instagram, music lovers and fans of this eagerly awaited festival began suggesting names they would like to see on stage, such as Eminem, Drake, Metallica, Pink Floyd, Wizkid, Rema, Davido, Maes, ElGrandeToto, French Montana, Benzz.

At the time of writing these lines, the lineup for the 2024 edition of the festival has not yet been revealed.
